USF lands another recruit

USF has landed another recruit for the 2011 class, Charles Garye Jr., a defensive back from Lincoln High School in Tallahassee, Florida. Garye is 6'3", 203 lbs. and runs the 40 yard dash in 4.6 seconds.

Lincoln High School has slowly become a source of USF players, from Keeley Dorsey, BJ Daniels, and now Garye. Garye is a two star recruit, according to Scout.com but his ratings should increase when his body of work is re-evaluated. Garye is a hard hitting defensive back that has played at both safety and linebacker, but will be a true safety when he comes to USF. He is a tall defender, a sure tackler, and has decent speed to play coverage when needed. He is the 4th recruit for Coach Holtz as his recruiting begins to pick up and he begins to fill them team with his players. Garye should a player to keep an eye when he comes in next season. He will be sure to leave his mark on the team and his opponents.
